Our Customer Return Policy

Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our business.

Need to Return a product?

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Original Invoice
- Item in Original Packaging
- Nature of the problem

In general, Garfield Lumber & Millworks Inc. accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. However, Garfield Lumber & Millworks Inc. reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

  • FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

  • A FULL CASH REFUND
  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Garfield Lumber & Millworks Inc. on returned items.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at Garfield Lumber & Millworks Inc. discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.

 
 
 
Garfield Lumber Expands:

We will be opening a new 1,500 SFT facility adjacent to our Main building in the spring of 2005 to better serve our customer needs.
